What this site collects, what it does not, and who else receives anything.
No account, no tracking of you personally
StudyWalks has no sign-up, no login, and no user accounts. Nothing you watch or search is tied to a name, an email address, or a profile, because none of those exist here. Search runs entirely in your browser — the query is never sent to a server.
What is stored on your device
The site stores nothing on your device beyond what your browser caches normally to make pages load faster. There are no first-party analytics cookies.
Who else receives data
- Cloudflare hosts the site and the video files, and receives the standard request information any web host receives: IP address, browser type, and the page requested. This is used to serve the site and to block abuse.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces. Loading a font makes a request to Google's servers, which sees your IP address.
- Google AdSense serves the advertising on section pages. Google and its partners may set cookies and use identifiers to select and measure ads. You can review and change what Google uses at My Ad Center, and opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings. Advertising appears on section pages only, never on an entry page.
Consent
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you are asked to consent before any advertising or measurement identifier is set, through Google's certified consent platform. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time from the link in that notice.
Children
StudyWalks is written for college-level study and is not directed to children under 13. No information is knowingly collected from them.
Your requests
Because the site holds no personal records, there is normally nothing to export or delete. If you believe otherwise, write and it will be looked into.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected, the change will be described here rather than quietly substituted.
